A month or so ago, I attended the Discover Arbonne Event in Norwich and I was lucky enough to be given some skincare samples to try out. I opted for the FC5 hydrating skincare set for dry skin. I got a sample of the cleanser, day cream, night cream, eye cream and hand cream. I’ve been testing them for a while now and due to the tiny sample size, they’ve all gone, so I thought it was about time I did an Arbonne Skincare review!
FC5 Hydrating Face Cleanser – This is a light and fresh cleanser, that refreshes your skin, leaving it feeling clean and hydrated. The cleanser has a strong lemony scent which makes the cleanser feel fresher and gives you the feeling that your skin is cleaner. What’s more the cleanser doesn’t contain any of the usual nasties, it’s packed full of all of the good stuff and you can tell! I thought I had found the perfect cleanser but it wasn’t until I used this that I discovered how much better my skin could feel. If you have dry skin, this would be perfect for you. It’s £21 a bottle though which is on the expensive side, but that’s because of the quality of the ingredients. If you are looking to spend a bit more on a cleanser I’d recommend this one!
FC5 Hydrating Day and Night Cream – The day and night creams have the same fresh lemony scent as the cleanser. They are light and hydrating, essentially they do what they say on the tin. The day cream contains SPF which is perfect for day-to-day use, it provides a lovely base for make up too. The night cream was lovely, but personally I’d prefer something a little thicker to use in the evening. Overall, they are really good moisturisers and again if you can afford to spend that bit more they are worth it!
FC5 Hydrating Eye Cream – This eye cream packs a punch! It’s by far the most hydrating eye cream I’ve ever used. I’ve been loving using it and it comes in really handy when my hayfever is playing up and my eyes are sore. Like the day cream it’s a really nice base for your make up.
FC5 Hydrating Hand Cream – I’m on the fence with this one, again it’s light and fresh but I don’t feel like it’s doing much to my hands. I have extremely dry hands that are prone to eczema so I need a thick hand cream that feels like it’s sinking deep into my skin. The Arbonne one doesn’t because it so light and fast absorbing. So if you’re fan of that style of hand creams, this will be for you!
Overall, my Arbonne Skincare Review is a positive one! I’m really impressed with the Arbonne Skincare samples, they are light, fresh, hydrating and full of the good stuff! If you like to spend a bit on your skincare or if you’re vegan or prefer more natural skincare routine Arbonne is worth checking out.
