Tucked away on the edge of the Golden Triangle and the City Centre you’ll find a beautiful, peaceful haven. I’m not sure why I hadn’t discovered The Plantation Gardens before, I’d heard a lot about it, but on New Years Day I finally got to go and explore. It may have been a cold and dreary day and a lot of the amazing features were covered over for the winter but it was still stunning.
If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Norwich, The Plantation Gardens is the place to be!
The winding paths lead to a pretty spectacular feature wall, that zig zags up the hill and around a little walk.
There are so many weathered, hidden gems dotted around the spectacular plants.
It’s wonderful to be surrounded by so much greenery in such a peaceful location. It was nice to just sit and take it in.
I’m looking forward to heading back there when the weather is warmer, perhaps in the Spring, as I can imagine it being spectacular when all the flowers start to show their heads.
